Join us for a peaceful evening practice every Monday. Unwind with yoga and guided meditation by candlelight, offering a soothing way to release stress and start your week with calm focus. While the pace is slower, some poses can offer a gentle challenge, helping to strengthen both body and mind. Embrace the nurturing atmosphere as you restore balance and relax. Optional Reiki and aromatherapy are available to deepen your experience. Perfect for all levels.

Meet your Instructor Samantha…

Samantha Lynn has been practicing yoga, herbalism, and holistic health since 2016. She is a certified yoga instructor (RYT-200hr), a Reiki Level 1 and 2 practitioner, and has her own herbal skincare brand, Wholistic Herbals. She completed her training in herbalism at the Northeast School of Botanical Medicine, in yoga at Yoga Renew Teacher Training, in Reiki at the Purple Door Source, and in horticulture at FLCC. She created Wildflower Wellness as a way to reconnect people with their sense of self and the natural world. Samantha offers Usui Reiki and Chakra Balancing sessions, Yoga classes, and many workshops to uplift and support our community. Personally, she enjoys music, art, dance, spirituality, and sharing her love and wisdom with all who are open!

Yoga for Creative Communities

We need your art and creations in the world! We need you rested and powerful. In times of accelerated change, pace, and information, yoga can offer us access to environments both outside and within ourselves that help fortify and ease our systems. This evening class will be a gentle pace, with breath work, meditation, structure building asana, and always end with restorative postures and deep rest (my favorite part).

Each class will be geared toward cultivating the capacity to create the art you dream about, with resilient and loving communities to support all of our work. Not an artist? Not a problem! We need you rested and powerful, too. We will stretch and unwind for whoever is in the room. All experience levels and abilities are welcome.

Contemporary Dance: Ease & Expression

Tuesdays / 6:00 - 7:00 PM

In this class lead by Ruben Ornelas, we will follow a simple warmup to release, stretch, and prepare the body for moving. In the center and across the floor, we will explore the elements of dance including movement vocabulary, path, levels, and relationship to self and others, using prompts based on Language of Dance concepts. Suitable for all levels. Wear comfortable dancewear; we will dance in bare feet.

Ruben T. Ornelas has taught at universities and professional schools in the US, Mexico, Guatemala, England, and Uganda. He holds a BFA in Dance from Juilliard and a MFA in Dance from the University of Michigan. His dances have been presented in the Americas and East Africa.

Nervous System Reset: Finding Calm Through Somatic Movement & Breath

As the holiday season approaches, it’s common to feel overwhelmed by the demands of schedules, gatherings, and year-end tasks. Nervous System Reset is a grounding class designed to help you release stress, calm your nervous system, and reconnect with your body. Through gentle somatic movements and guided breathwork, this session will teach you practical tools to regulate your body’s response to stress and foster a sense of inner peace.

Perfect for all levels, this class offers a supportive space to let go of tension and cultivate a state of relaxation you can return to anytime during the holiday season. Join us to recharge, reset, and step into the festivities with resilience and calm.

Looking for a night to let loose and groove? We’ve got just the thing for you! Join us for a one-hour dance session filled with positive energy and fantastic tunes. Suitable for everyone, our class focuses on enjoying the rhythm rather than intricate dance moves—it's all about creating a friendly atmosphere for everyone to unwind and enjoy the music!

What to wear? Choose something that feels good and makes you shine! Just remember to bring along sneakers or comfy shoes with no heels.

Traditional Kundalini Yoga with Anna

This weekly practice is that of “Karma yoga”. It is the path of ‘action’—of putting in 100 percent effort without being attached to the outcome. The intent of this Yoga class is to teach how the true practice of “Yoga” can be applied to everything you do: from the most trivial, ordinary tasks to greater, more challenging works. When action is performed selflessly, with full focus and attention, it brings fulfillment and freedom. Acting without being attached to the fruits of one’s deeds—this alone can lead to union with the self, which is the goal of yoga.

Certified Kundalini Yoga Instructor, Anna Tarnashinsky is offering this weekly Yoga practice to both guide all who wish to join her on this journey of selfless service, and to share the gifts of Yoga both on and off the mat.

Weekly Om Chanting Circle with Vesna

OM Chanting is a group healing technique that helps us to experience the divinity within our own self.

We sit in a specially arranged circle and chant the mantra OM out loud for 45 min. Due to a blessing from spiritual Masters Paramahamsa Vishwananda and Mahavatar Babaji, OM Chanting generates a high vibration that releases our negativity, transforms it and showers us with positive energy. You're literally getting infused with the vibration of OM!

Belly Dancing with Cheryl

Saturdays / 10:00 - 11:15 AM

Cheryl has danced in the community for decades and is bringing her love of dance to the studio to share traditional Middle Eastern belly dance movements and musicality with more contemporary dance forms. This class provides a foundation in basic fusion belly dance movement and a variety of musical inspirations from around the world. We will focus on technique, posture, and muscle isolation with lots of drills. This will help in creating new paths of movement for your body.

This 8-week session will focus on improvisation. We will break down basic belly dance isolations and steps, and then put them together so that you have a framework that allows you to break loose and feel the music. We’ll practice dancing for our own enjoyment, and connecting to our classmates with dance improvisation games at the end of each class. Expect this session to be playful and fun!

No previous dance experience is required, all bodies are welcome and celebrated, movements may be modified. Wear what you're comfortable in - a scarf tied around the hips will help you see your movement. We typically dance barefoot, but clean dance shoes are optional. Bring an open mind, and an adventurous spirit! Looking forward to dancing with you!

Hippy Yoga with Jess: Hip Opening Hatha

It is said that we as human beings store our trauma and insecurities in our hips, which causes tightness. In turn, that tightness adds strain to the lower spine from overuse by compensating for our tight hips. My hatha classes will allow you to move, breathe, and melt into each asana. We will be doing several different hip-opening postures, both for the inner and outer hips. You may find either your inner or your outer hips are more flexible than the other, which is good to discover which part of your hips need more release.

Yoga Nidra with Erika

Yoga Nidra or "yogic sleep," is an ancient practice that fosters deep relaxation and mental clarity. It promotes full-body relaxation while guiding you into a profound meditative state of consciousness. This practice attunes the mind and body torelieve stress, ease anxiety and create a deep restful state for the nervous system. One hour of Yoga Nidra can be as effective as three hours of regular sleep achieved through conscious relaxation. This meditative practice cultivates somatic and energetic awareness that helps to regulate the nervous system. Co-regulation is deeply healing for the mammalian system, and in my personal experience, practicing in community can be very powerful and transformative.
