Yoga Nidra or "yogic sleep," fosters deep rest and mental clarity. It promotes full-body relaxation while guiding you into a profound meditative state of consciousness. This practice attunes the mind and body to relieve stress, ease anxiety, and create a restful state for the nervous system. One hour of Yoga Nidra can be as effective as three hours of deep sleep achieved through conscious relaxation. This meditative practice cultivates somatic and energetic awareness that helps to regulate the nervous system. Co-regulation is deeply healing for the mammalian system. Practicing in community can be very powerful and transformative.

Specializing in Brainspotting and emotion-focused and somatic therapy, I help individuals heal traumas, anxiety, depression, chronic pain, relational challenges, harmful patterns and much more.
