Kundalini Yoga with Elizabeth Kraut-Groenevelt

Elizabeth Kraut-Groenevelt - Elizabeth began teaching yoga in Rochester in the 1990’s. She was a lead teacher at the Thali Studio until she moved to Costa Rica 4 years ago. She taught teacher trainings from world renowned teachers, Ana Bret and Ravi Singh. She taught intro to Kundalini at Tru Yoga. In her years in Costa Rica, where she currently resides, she has had the opportunity to enhance her yogic knowledge by studying alongside Shamans, native teachers and teachers from all the world. After becoming a proud grandmother 1 year ago, Elizabeth began spending more time in Rochester. She plans to return to Rochester full time. Elizabeth is Yoga Alliance and 3H0 certified.

Elizabeth is offering these two opportunities to join her for a Kundalini yoga practice while she is in Rochester - Thursday, March 19th and Thursday March 26th from 4:00 - 5:15pm

The Class: Kundalini Yoga uses movement, mudra, sound current, breath and meditation to relax and heal your mind and body by allowing the spirit to flow freely. This practice brings a greater feeling of well-being and happiness - our natural birthright as humans!

It is a powerful and effective form of Yoga and a great way to recharge and heal your body quickly by stimulating the nervous and immune systems, as well as improving strength and flexibility. Kundalini Yoga centers the mind and opens the spirit, helping you to feel better after your very first class! With regular practice, one can feel relief from back pain, stress, addictive behaviors, depression and anxiety, and happily…anyone can do it!

Cost: $12 drop in for each class / space limited to 25 per class / mats and props may be provided
