July Gong Sound Bath: Summer Relaxation

Our Summers are filled with lots of activity; days are long and so we can get so much more work and fun in! That is fantastic but ... how about an hour of pure disconnect, like a mental vacay? An hour to just be with yourself and have no agenda? This session will offer a mindful break for you to simply rest, slow down, reconnect with yourself and get massaged down to the cellular level by the wonderful sound waves of the Gong.

BENEFITS OF A GONG SOUND BATH: Every gong sound bath offers a sweet opportunity to release, rest, reflect and renew, as well as create space within ourselves, especially our thinking patterns and emotions. Since we are not just our body, the vibration of the gong penetrates through all aspects of our being (body, mind, emotions). Gong baths are balancing and uplifting. They offer the kind of deep mental rest that leaves you so refreshed and renewed that you'll feel like a new person.

CLASS STRUCTURE: During a gong sound bath you'll  lay on the floor for about 45 min, covered with a blanket, and just relax. That's it! Just pure relaxation with incredible effects. No movement is involved. All props are provided at the studio, however for maximum coziness please bring your own pillow and blanket. Dress comfortably.

*A Gong Bath is not recommended for pregnant women, people with sensitivity to sound or conditions such as Tinnitus, Menieres and Epilepsy, or people with metal Implants, pins, screws or pacemakers.
