This Five Week Session will be offered Sundays 12:30pm - 1:30pm from March 3rd - April 7th / *no class on March 17th
In this series we will work on ways to bring more movement to your day. Increasing strength in muscles and range of motion in our joints to increase the choices of positions we can use daily. Class is especially beneficial for anyone interested in maintaining bone density, healthy feet and knees, as well as good balance. Take all five classes to gain mobility and endurance. Each class offers something unique. Signups for individual classes also an option. Expect to do a focused workout with no need to shower afterward.
Space is limited to 10 people / $12 per class or $55 for all 5 in the series / all classes are Instructed in ASL , no previous experience required and all equipment is provided.
