Upper Body Strength: (5 week session instructed in ASL)

This Five Week Session will be offered Sundays 2:00pm - 3:00pm from March 3rd - April 7th / *no class on March 17th

Wanting to prevent neck, shoulder or back pain? Postural habits of forward head and hunchback curves of the spine can cause chronic neck, back, sacroiliac joint and shoulder problems. Learn how to stretch, strengthen and re-position the upper body for tension-free neck and shoulders. Make a commitment to working upper body strength and notice your progress from week 1 to week 5. Each class offers something unique. Signups for individual classes also possible. Dress in comfortable clothes for standing and floor exercises. Bring a water bottle. Expect to do a focused workout with no need to shower afterward

Space is limited to 10 people / $12 per class or $55 for all 5 in the series. All classes instructed in ASL. No previous experience required. All equipment provided.
