Did you know that focusing on some of the key aspects of optimal walking can make it more enjoyable, and make every step that much more effective for whole body health? This is a five-week plan for healthier walking gait, including how your upper body helps or prevents you from walking well. Be more active with less pain and discomfort, and increase your walking stamina. Take the full series of five classes for optimal progress. Each class offers something unique. Signups for individual classes also possible. Dress in comfortable clothes for standing and floor exercises. Bring a water bottle. Expect to do a focused workout with no need to shower afterward.
This Five Week Session will be offered Sundays 12:30pm - 1:30pm from January 13th - February 10th
Space is limited to 10 people / $12 per class or $55 for all 5 in the series / all classes are Instructed in ASL , no previous experience required and all equipment is provided.
