This Five Week Session will be offered Sundays 2:00pm - 3:00pm from January 13th - February 10th
Do you suck your tummy in to look thinner? Experience back pain or a weak core? Practice movements for the trunk muscles that impact pelvic health and optimal function of the core. More than just isolated exercises, this is a whole system, whole body approach to improving your parts between your waist and shoulders. Make a commitment to all five classes and feel stronger, more in tune with your body. Each class offers something unique. Signups for individual classes also possible. Dress in comfortable clothes for standing and floor exercises. Bring a water bottle. Expect to do a focused workout with no need to shower afterward.
