January Gong Sound Bath: A Winter Sanctuary

Did you know that Gong sound baths can be a sacred time that you dedicate just to yourself and to feeding your soul? No agenda, nothing to do or change ... just the sound waves washing over you. There is a special power in pausing and opening yourself up to the timeless vibration of the gong. During such pauses positive shifts happen - shifts that can help you to create more inner space, clarity and enthusiasm that will fuel your Winter, and your life in general.

CLASS STRUCTURE: Gong sound bath participants are continuously amazed at its ability to "shut the brain down" and create a sense of aliveness in the body. The timeless sound of the gong also balances our body, mind and emotions. During a gong sound bath participants lay on the floor for about 45 min, covered with a blanket. All props are provided at the studio, however for maximum coziness bring your own pillow and blanket. Dress comfortably.

The class is led by gong master Vesna Sanders (Eeshavasya Dasi).

*A Gong Bath is not recommended for pregnant women, people with sensitivity to sound or conditions such as Tinnitus, Menieres and Epilepsy, or people with metal Implants, pins, screws or pacemakers
