Happy Spring Season!

Welcome yourself for a “sonic massage”, aligning with the natural rhythms of the season and tuning in to the spirit of renewal. The nutritious vibrations of sound, play, passion and pause are calibrated to create a journey harmonizing the inner symphony that is YOU.

The program begins with a moment of light movement, then grounding and vocal toning, readying the mind, body and heart to receive the sound vibrations in a state of tranquility. You are welcomed to rest in a fully supported posture… covered with blankets with a bolster under your knees, or legs up the wall, or reclining… eye pillows and even more blankets might complete your nest. An array of instruments creates the nourishing soundscape… including the gong, Himalayan Bowls, chimes, cedar flute, voice, and more.

Naturally, our body, mind and heart already know how to receive the vibrations and frequencies of sound on a deep level. So once the sound journey begins, we welcome all the experiences that may unfold, including:

• a sense of restoration

• shifting from over-thinking to a state of receiving

• expanding into the present moment

• processing stuck emotions

• a visual journey

• welcoming freshness and clarity into your being… and into your life

Each sound bath experience is unique and of value. Tuning Forks are offered during the sound bath and spaces are limited in order to provide this one-on-one treatment. Upon the completion of the sound journey, you will be guided gently back and welcomed to journal if you wish.

What to bring? A water and wear comfortable clothes, optional: journal and pen, or even your favorite blanket!
