We will open circle with a guided meditation, then transition into a Sound Healing facilitated by the incredible Harold Taddy. Harold weaves soundscapes with Gongs, drums, and other sonic magic.

Teagan West will go around the room and offer Energy Clearings & Reiki Healing Touch to those that would like to receive energy work.
