We will open circle with a guided meditation, then transition into a Sound Healing facilitated by the incredible Harold Taddy. Harold weaves soundscapes with Gongs, drums, and other sonic magic.

Teagan will offer singing bowl Sound Healing, as well as go around the room and offer Energy Clearings & Reiki Healing Touch to those that would like to receive energy work.
