Spring is almost springing! Would you like to welcome uplifted energy? Activate fresh inspiration? Vitalize aligned action?
In this workshop we will focus on practicing some of the yogic breathing techniques that can invite the qualities of spring into your embodied experience at any time!
Some of the further benefits of intentional conscious breathing practices include:
Increased lung capacity
Reduced blood pressure and heart rate
Improved memory
Improved motor function and movement skills
We will practice the breath techniques together, as well as mindful movement shapes and sequences that can easily be done at home or at work. There will be opportunity for reflection and sharing together, and optional journaling.
Through it all, we hope to inspire incorporating the power of the breath into all of our lives! Participants will receive a "take home" card meant to be hung up in a place it would support your practice.

Cyndi is a certified mental health counselor and 200-hr Kundalini yoga practitioner.
Suzie, 200-hr RYT in Hatha yoga, with an expected graduation in May for Kundalini yoga 300-hr advanced training through the lenses of the Moon, Enneagram & Ayurveda (which already shine through in her teaching practice). Shamanic Reiki practitioner and Sound Healer.
