Join us for a grounding New Year ceremony, to enter into the new year with fresh energy & clarity.

We will open circle with a guided meditation, then transition into a Sound Healing facilitated by the incredible Harold Taddy (@taddycam). Harold weaves beautiful soundscapes with Gongs, drums, and other sonic magic.

Teagan (@vaya.wellness) will offer singing bowl Sound Healing, as well as go around the room and offer Reiki Healing Touch to those that would like to receive energy work.
