These classes are beginner friendly and specifically designed to help you destress and re-center during the holiday. You can expect to be challenged while reconnecting with body-awareness, with the hope that you will leave this practice feeling better that when you arrived.

Warm up stretches
Postures focused on isolated muscle engagement
Vinyasa flow with poses held for several breaths
Focus on breath work
These are donation based classes, with all proceeds donated to The Center For Youth , a local non-profit organization dedicated to providing local youth with Crisis Nurseries, Permanent & Transitional Housing, Emergency Shelter, Safe Harbour, Street Outreach, and Nook Food Security Cupboard.

Meet Your Instructor: Nina Budde - Nina has 400 hours of training in vinyasa and anatomy focused yoga. She teaches to help people feel better in their bodies so that their day-to-day life can improve. She safely guides practitioners to help them feel better physically and develop a practice based in awareness of their limitations and injury prevention.
