Breathe In Joy: Christmas Yoga Classes to Benefit The Center For Youth

These classes are beginner friendly and specifically designed to help you destress and re-center during the holiday. You can expect to be challenged while reconnecting with body-awareness, with the hope that you will leave this practice feeling better that when you arrived.

Basic Class Structure:

  • Warm up stretches

  • Postures focused on isolated muscle engagement

  • Vinyasa flow with poses held for several breaths

  • Focus on breath work

These are donation based classes, with all proceeds donated to The Center For Youth , a local non-profit organization dedicated to providing local youth with Crisis Nurseries, Permanent & Transitional Housing, Emergency Shelter, Safe Harbour, Street Outreach, and Nook Food Security Cupboard.

Donation Amount: $5, $10, $15, $20

Meet Your Instructor: Nina Budde - Nina has 400 hours of training in vinyasa and anatomy focused yoga. She teaches to help people feel better in their bodies so that their day-to-day life can improve. She safely guides practitioners to help them feel better physically and develop a practice based in awareness of their limitations and injury prevention.
