Join us for a pre-holiday evening of rest and deep relaxation in this Restorative Yoga class. Let go of all muscular effort and allow the earth to support you completely, creating a sense of deep ease and stillness. Strengthen your connection to your parasympathetic nervous system, relearn the art of relaxation, and rest deeply through a series of restorative yoga poses designed to help you find release and comfort in both body and mind.
Take this hour for yourself to slow down, notice your body, and relax in a conscious way. Create space for yourself to discover where you may be holding tension so you can work on releasing it through stillness and breath work - all while feeling comfortable and fully supported in our welcoming space.
No previous yoga experience is required - class will be tailored to each participant's individual needs. Please bring a yoga mat, water, socks, a sweater, and any props (blocks, blankets, bolsters) you may wish to use. If you do not have any yoga gear, the studio will provide what you need for class, free of charge.
