February Gong Sound Bath: Love Will Set You Free

Allow the vibration of the Gong to help you release the walls that you have built around your heart, and let unconditional Love flow in! The greatest healer of all is Love. Not romantic love, but the unlimited, Divine Love that is your true nature. The more you feel it and attune yourself to it, the more everything in your life begins to make sense and fall into place. Love brings joy, inner freedom and true purpose to your existence. This session (paired with your sincere intention) will help you to open yourself up to feeling and receiving more unconditional Love.

WHAT IS A GONG SOUND BATH?  Each Gong sound bath unfolds an inner process. The sound waves released during a session have the ability to transform and heal your cellular structure, balance our emotions and help you feel more at ease in your body. The best part is that all this happens while you're relaxing on the floor, covered with your favorite blanket, and getting a deep mental rest! As you leave, you are a different person.

BENEFITS OF A GONG SOUND BATH: Every gong sound bath offers a sweet opportunity to release, rest, reflect and renew, as well as create space within ourselves, especially our thinking patterns and emotions. Since we are not just our body, the vibration of the gong penetrates through all aspects of our being (body, mind, emotions). Gong baths are balancing and uplifting. They offer the kind of deep mental rest that leaves you so refreshed and renewed that you'll feel like a new person.

CLASS STRUCTURE: During a gong sound bath you'll  lay on the floor for about 45 min, covered with a blanket, and just relax. That's it! Just pure relaxation with incredible positive effects. No movement is involved. Props are provided at the studio, however for maximum coziness please bring your own pillow, blanket and mat. Dress comfortably.

This class is led by gong master Vesna Sanders (Eeshavasya Dasi).

*A Gong Bath is not recommended for pregnant women, people with sensitivity to sound or conditions such as Tinnitus, Menieres and Epilepsy, or people with metal Implants, pins, screws or pacemakers.
