Kundalini is known as the yoga of awareness. Using intelligent sequencing of posture (kriyas), breath work (pranayama), mantra and meditation, this transformative practice activates, shifts and reorganizes stagnant energy. It is an excellent way to strengthen the body and nervous system while accessing deeper states of clarity, calm, and perspective.
Ideal for beginning and experienced yogis, this series of classes is tailored towards those with no or limited experience practicing kundalini yoga, as well as those who want a better foundational understanding of what the practice is all about. We will be returning to the same practice for all 4 weeks as repeating a kundalini practice helps with building self-knowledge and mastery, therefore strengthening its effects.
This series is offered every Monday in the month of March from 5:30 - 7:00pm with Adair Finucane, LMSW. Adair is a social worker, artist, horse woman, and a passionate teacher and practitioner of hatha and kundalini yoga. Her classes are warm, inviting, and geared towards accessibility.
Drop-ins welcome - attend all 4 classes or any single class in this series.
Pricing: $15/class or $55 for all 4
*No one will be turned away on account of cost. Please email Adair (firstname.lastname@example.org) to make alternate arrangements.
