Yoga Props 101: Bolsters, Blocks & Straps

Join instructor Kelsey Cretekos for this 90 minute workshop on how and when to use Yoga Props to get the most out of your Yoga practice!

We will walk through a basic vinyasa sequence breaking down each asana “pose” and discover how a block, bolster or strap may be helpful. Props can be an essential part of your practice with the knowledge of how to use them. 

The intention is to create a safe, casual space, where students can ask questions and maybe find a pose that they will continuously grab a prop for, no matter what the class!

Whether you have been practicing for years or just trying out yoga, we hope this way of introducing props will allow all students to unlock a new element to their practice.
