What is Restorative Exercise and How it can Help You

A (3) Class Series taught in American Sign Language on Dec. 2nd, 9th & 16th ( 1:00pm - 2:00pm )

We live in a culture of sitting, doing computer work and repetitive habits that are not beneficial for the body. Our muscles have adapted to our poor habits and that isn't good for optimal health.

Restorative exercises draw attention to these movement habits and works to improve strength and mobility in muscles and joints, using the correct muscles within proper ranges of motion. This class with Denise Wellin, Nutritious Movement™ certified Restorative Exercise Specialist™ and Yoga Instructor, is appropriate for all fitness levels as we all want to live in a more resilient, pain-free body. Learn and practice these moves and within a few weeks walk, bend, reach more easily.

Dress in comfortable clothes for standing and floor exercises. Expect to do a focused workout with no need to shower afterward.

Register for 1, 2 or all 3 classes each with a different focus. The more classes you attend, the more restorative exercises you will know and do for optimal health. The cost is $12 for an individual class or attend all three for only $27!
