Join us for a VERY special immersive sound experience, guided by the elements of the Earth!

Together we will enter into a meditative sound journey, using instruments from all over the Earth to create a soundscape that takes you to places deep within.

We will begin with opening ceremonial space, and then enter into a restorative space where the sound can transport you into an exploration within.

Sean and Teagan will be using instruments such as singing bowls, gongs, guitar, violin, chimes & chacapa, to create an immersive sonic journey through the elements of the earth!

Teagan is an Ayurvedic practitioner & reiki energy worker, and uses sound healing as a pivotal role of her practice. She recognizes the profound healing that takes place on a somatic, energetic, and emotional level when using the medicine of vibration to open and release stored sense impressions in the body.

Sean is a multi-instrumentalist teaching artist professional and performance arts medicine practitioner based in Rochester, NY. An alumni of the Eastman School of Music, Sean founded Anaglog Music, a musician-for-hire collective who offer live music for events, private instruction, and therapeutic guided sound journeys.
