Full Moon Om Chanting and Q&A with Swami Tulsidas

  • Highland Park 180 Reservoir Avenue Rochester, NY, 14620 United States (map)

This OM Chanting will be special not just because of the full moon, but also because we will have a extraordinary guest joining us - Swami Tulsidasananda! We will start with OM Chanting that will be followed by a Q&A session where you'll have the chance to ask Swami anything, or just listen to spiritual wisdom he'll share.

ABOUT SWAMI TULSIDAS: As the spiritual leader of America for the international movement, Bhakti Marga, founded by Paramahamsa Vishwananda, Swami Tulsidas travels extensively uniting communities through his “satsangs” - spiritual talks. Through the creation of a heart-felt, connected sharing space, individuals begin to experience the possibility of an embodied spirituality, grown from the boundless potential of Love. His stories and talks are a breath of fresh air in our modern spiritual atmosphere. They are grounded in reality, focused on love and allow each individual to grow their own unique ability to make the meaningful impact that each was destined to have. His gift of speaking will take each attendee, regardless of spiritual or religious background, on the only pilgrimage one needs in a lifetime - the journey from the mind to the Heart.

NEW TO OM CHANTING? OM Chanting is a group practice that uses the transformational power of the mantra OM to activate the self-healing potential of everyone who participates. We sit in a specially arranged circle and chant OM out loud for an extended period of time. Due to a special blessing, OM Chanting generates a vibrational frequency that releases negativity, transforms it and showers us with positive energy.

WHAT TO BRING: Bring your own blanket and a chair or cushion to sit on. It is recommended to bring water and dress in comfortable clothes.

PLEASE NOTE: Each person who signs up will receive an email the day before the event with detailed information about the location. In case of rain the event will take place at Nu Movement.
