It is perfect for beginners who want an easy, effective tool to quiet the mind, open the heart, and create a positive habit of connecting with the Divine on a daily basis. Project Mantra is an amazing practice that will help you to stay in tune with yourself and your surroundings, and feel more love and inner peace. It is a personal practice that you'll be able to use everyday, even on the go! It will help you to stay focused, and to gain and sustain a positive attitude about yourself, others and life in general.
WHAT YOU'LL LEARN AT THE WORKSHOP: In this interactive workshop you'll learn two powerful ancient mantras and receive all the details and instructions on how the 40-day project works. Once you learn the mantra it will be up to you whether you want to join to project or simply chant at your own pace.
