Sunday Funday: Yoga Sampler Workshop

Sunday, September 15th / 3-5pm / $25 or $20 with Student ID

Come join Instructor Marina Scalise and explore several types of yoga aspects/practices in a fun group environment.

Areas Of Exploration:

  • Pranayama: Breathing techniques aiding anxiety, stress and digestion with many additional health benefits.

  • Ashtanga: A challenging yoga practice that creates heat energy and allows for deeper stretching and strength building.

  • Restorative: A gentle yoga practice allowing one to find comfort in poses to facilitate a deeper, more relaxing release.

  • Acro Yoga/Inversions: In the end we soar with partner flying (everyone will be able to participate regardless of level) and some inversions.

*Tea and a home-made vegan treat will follow the Sunday Funday workshop.
