The Art and Flow Yoga practice pairs yoga with playful art explorations intended to reconnect you with your creative nature. Each mini art experience invites you to connect with the process of creating, discovering and expressing inner imagery along side a mindful yoga practice.
Our March theme will be centered on affirmations. We will begin class by painting papers intuitively with a variety of colors. A short journaling prompt will bring about heart storms of words or phrases that we will be use to create our own personal affirmations.
Our yoga practice portion that follows, begins with a brief mediation followed by a 40 minute gentle yoga flow sequence. We will use the rest of the time to begin creating our affirmation cards. I hope you will join us for this body, mind and spirit experience.
