In these four workshops, we will explore ways of shifting perspective and encouraging our sensitivities to work in our favor. Using a blend of yoga practices (hatha, kundalini kriyas, meditations, breath work, mantra, contemplative techniques and healing gong relaxation), we will explore:
Extending the aura/magnetic field to protect personal energy
Neutralizing nervous thought patterns to promote brain function and enhance clear thinking
Strengthening the nervous system to buffer against negativity and anxiety
Gaining capacity and caliber to deal with the inevitable changes in life
