It will cover the fundamentals of dancing in heels. It is a chance to gain confidence and physical strength while working on improving your dance skills in the fun and sassy heels style. Focusing on everything from conditioning, technique, across the floor, floor work, and choreography. This workshop is literally for EVERYONE it is all about having fun, learning a new dance style, improving your confidence all while being in a welcoming dance community AND dancing to some great music.
