Kimberly Bishop - Yoga Instructor

While living in Los Angeles in 2010, Kim’s roommate encouraged her to try a yoga class, and it was love at first practice. Yoga became a part of Kim’s daily routine, loving the combination of the physical practice and its ability to help calm her mind. Having struggled with a bad knee for most of her life, Kim was hesitant to try yoga at first. She understands the importance of modifications while strength building to avoid further injury and encourage overall health. 

As a recent graduate from Danielle Rinallo’s 200 YTT, Kim’s excited to share what she’s learned from training – and combine it with a mix of her favorite techniques and sequences from California. 

In addition to yoga, Kim loves hiking, the Buffalo Bills, and being near the Ocean any chance she can get.
