Please check the following to agree to the terms below:

I the Artist, understand that I am solely responsible for the transportation, Installation and de-installation of the work to be on display in the Nu Movement Gallery. I also agree to pay the required $100 Installation fee for curator compensation.

I hereby relieve the Nu Movement Gallery of all liability with regards to the storage, installation and de-installation in the event of damage or theft.

I, the Artist agree to carry insurance on the property chosen to be on display and stored at the Nu Movement Gallery and to name Nu Movement as additionally insured during the dates specified in this Agreement.

I, the artist agree to not hold the Nu Movement Gallery or those appointed by the Gallery liable for any personal injury that may be caused to me or those who are there at my request, while on the premises.

I, the Artist understand that the Nu Movement Gallery also serves as a Movement Studio that is open to the public, offering classes including but not limited to Yoga, Dance and Pilates, etc.

I, the Artist agree to submit a complete list of my work to be on display / stored at the Nu Movement Gallery. The Gallery shall document receipt of all works consigned hereunder by signing and returning this approved list to the Artist.

The Nu Movement Gallery agrees to the following:

To provide a clean and safe facility for the display and storage of Artists selected property during the dates specified in this Agreement.

To carry up to $1,000,000 of Insurance coverage for the Facility itself.

To make all those under contract and permitted to operate their classes in the facility where Artists work is displayed / stored, that they shall be held legally responsible for any damage or theft resulting from their negligence or by those persons they have agreed to be liable for while they are permitted in the facility.

To provide the Artist, with their approval, website representation of their Art Exhibition and other advertising including a formal press release to local publications.

To give the Artist an Opening and Closing Receptions where the Gallery is open to the public during specified and agreed upon days and times. Both the Artist and the Gallery may reserve the right to cancel either Artist Reception at anytime.

Since the Gallery is only open during our respective class times, the Gallery does offer the Artist and their affiliates private gallery access to view their work by appointment only.
