As we make clear decisions, we empower ourselves to build intentional lives, moving away from a sense of victimhood. To make these clear decisions, we must learn to stand increasingly our own power. It’s important to have teachers in any area of learning. It’s also important that we don’t become dependent on these teachers - that we learn to teach ourselves, and make decisions from internal knowing, rather than relying on others’ opinions. Doing so on the deepest level comes from being able to connect with our own hearts, minds, and instincts. This series will focus on connecting with these various aspects of self, and deep listening. Join in for any one or all 4 classes in this series, where we explore what it means to become our own teachers using intelligent sequencing of posture (kriyas), breath work (pranayama), mantra and meditation.

The series is offered on Mondays from August 12th - September 2nd with Adair Finucane, LMSW (www.withadair.com). Adair is a social worker, artist, horse advocate, and a passionate teacher and practitioner of hatha and kundalini yoga. Her classes are warm, inviting, and geared towards accessibility. Newcomers to yoga and to kundalini yoga are welcome.

Pricing: $12/class or $40 for all 4 classes / Drop-ins welcome - attend all 4 classes or any single class in this series.
