YoGay Yoga 8 Week Series

YoGay Yoga with Adam William Ayers is an 8-week series for beginning and continuing students. Classes are alignment based and educational exploring the relationship between breathing, posture and stress. Each week we will practice and refine basic poses, including meditation and positions for deep relaxation.
