The high-intensity cardio bursts along the way add a maximum calorie burning effect. This fun yet challenging class incorporates cardio exercises to get your heart pumping and your blood flowing. Yoga Sculpt not only builds strength through the use of weights but also balance and flexibility. And of course there is a challenging core workout peppered into every class!
