This gentle class will begin with a guided meditation focusing on themes found in the natural world to invite feelings of relaxation, transformation, strength and growth. The themes from the extended meditation session will be woven into the intentional, mindful, slower-paced, Vinyasa based physical practice.

This class is ideal those who are new to yoga or enjoy slower paced classes, individuals looking to deepen their meditation practice, and anyone who wants to deepen their connection to the natural world.
