Vinyasa Flow Basics with Lisa

Vinyasa Flow Basics with Instructor, Lisa Continelli, will guide students through a series of poses linked together by deep cleansing breaths with the intention to detox your body and mind. This class will follow Baron Baptiste's "Journey Into Power" sequence. It will combine a full body stretch with cardio elements, strengthening poses, balance, core work, and deep rest.

Students will be taught using verbal cues, modifications, light assists, and demonstrations to break down the poses.  This class will provide the basics of Power Vinyasa Yoga and prepare students for open level classes. It is geared towards those who are new to Vinyasa Yoga, but challenging enough for all levels!

Please note: this class will be slightly heated. Students should bring a mat, a hand towel, yogi toes (if needed for your mat), and plenty of water!
