This series focuses on expanding access to inner stability. Using intelligent sequencing of posture (kriyas), breath work (pranayama), mantra and meditation, we will take definitive aim at shifting unhelpful energetic states and mental patterns, and widening our capacities for happiness. The transformative practice of kundalini yoga is an excellent way to strengthen the body and nervous system while attaining greater clarity, calm, and perspective. With access to these states comes an increased threshold for deep stability - the ideal internal environment for fostering happiness.

This series is offered every Monday in the month of April from 5:30 - 6:45pm with Adair Finucane, LMSW. Adair is a social worker, artist, horse advocate, and a passionate teacher and practitioner of hatha and kundalini yoga. Her classes are warm, inviting, and geared towards accessibility. 

Drop-ins welcome - attend all 5 classes or any single class in this series.

Pricing: $15/class or $65 for all 5 classes
