Magic Circles, foam rollers, Pilates Stick, Therabands, yoga blocks, free weights and even tennis balls are all valuable equipment items for your Pilates practice. What are all these things and why are they so useful to your training? In this weekly class, we will explore these and other small equipment items, learning how to get the most out of your Pilates workouts.

We’ll help you build an effective home practice routine, and create an inexpensive home studio using small portable or improvised equipment for those days you can’t make it to class or are traveling. We will also learn the vertical Pilates repertoire, explore seated variations and modifications for those who have injuries or who are unable to get down onto to the floor.

Join Leslie MacDonald and Heather Farquhar, certified Pilates instructors, Tuesdays for “Pilates at Noon” and now Wednesdays for a Pilates class anyone can take!
