Pilates At Noon

Strengthen and Stretch over your lunch break, with Instructors Leslie MacDonald and Heather Farquhar, in this mid-day Pilates-based 60 minute session!  No need to hit the showers after. We will work on deep core stabilizing, deep, restorative breathing and neck, shoulder, hip and back releases to send you back to work energized and relaxed, and perhaps “glowing” just a bit. Come as you are, but make sure to wear clothes you can move in, or something to change into quickly. Variations done standing, or seated in a chair will be offered for all those who prefer not to get down on the floor. Mats provided.
