Lunchtime Yoga Break: Back To Basics

Real yoga. Real simple. These classes are intended to truly be both accessible and beneficial to students of all levels, abilities, and financial situations.  Yes – even for those of you who have never done yoga before, and for those of you who fear you will never be able to touch your toes, and for those of you that think you aren’t strong enough.  You are ready!  These classes will build from one week to the next - the goal is for you tofeel absolutely confident to drop into any yoga class, anywhere after having attended this class regularly.

Jenn feels very strongly that money should not be a barrier to practicing yoga, so these classes will be run on a donation basis.  She will put out a donation box, and you can anonymously contribute as you see fit - no questions asked. 

Bring a towel and wear something you feel can move freely and sweat in.   Mats and blocks are available for your use if needed, free of charge.  Water is available for purchase - $1 a bottle.  See you on the mat!
