Movement on the Mat brings a rhythmic approach to the traditional Mat Class, combining deep stretching and muscle relaxation techniques with a variety of free flowing movement sequences.

In this class, I will incorporate both slow continuous fluid movements in combination with some traditional holds. We will focus on breath work and body connectivity while going through a series of repetitive motions with the goal to increase flexibility, range of motion, muscle strength and tone.

Movement on the Mat includes both floor work and standing elements. This class is great for a student who enjoys Yoga, Pilates and Dance!
