This 40 min class with Instructor Liza Savage-Katz, is designed to help cultivate a regular meditation and journaling practice to help you start your day with intention and success. No prior experience is necessary.

The class will begin with a 20 min. guided meditation to prepare you for the time allotted for writing. Morning pages is an exercise of writing 3 pages of longhand of whatever you need or want to get out on paper. It can be an opportunity to plan your day, write a To-Do list, a brain decluttering of the thoughts taking up space in your head or a time to work on that book that you have been wanting to write for years. In a year of 20 minutes of daily writing, you will have that book!
