Monday is an opportunity to start fresh and introduce new healthy behaviors in your life. Use this Monday practice with Instructor Kelsey Cretekos, to explore the ancient world of yoga and discover why it continues to be a celebrated and popular exercise, meditation, and art.

Class will begin with a short mindfulness-based meditation, followed by an open level vinyasa flow. This will help create the connection of mind, breath and movement, which will allow you to focus on your practice versus that weekly “to do list”. Class will end with a relaxing restorative savasana, leaving you feeling relaxed, recharged, and ready for the rest of the week!
