Gentle Kripalu Yoga with Barb

This class is open to new and seasoned students, offering the following basic format: Pranayama (centering-breath work), Pratapana (warm-up), Gentle Vinyasa (posture flow), Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation), and Dhyana (meditation).

Instructor Barb Litterio guides students to develop self-inquiry and optimal alignment. She directs students to be mindful of the principle Ahimsa (gentleness) and to cultivate direct access to their internal wisdom and humor. She is committed to making Yoga practice accessible to every body.
