Cardio Barre Fitness with instructor Heather Farquhar is a dance inspired fitness class designed to target all areas of the body. Cardio Barre will add an challenging interval workout with intense cardio and a sculpting workout at the barre.

This class will help to give you elongated, sculpted, lean muscles without impact. It brings together the physical and aesthetic benefits of lengthening and strengthening of muscles that you didn't even know existed. Modifications will be made to accommodate all levels, no experience necessary.
