Ballet Body Pilates

A class designed for anyone new to dance, come-back dancers or anyone just wanting to look and feel like a dancer. We will work barre and freestanding “Verticle Pilates”, incorporate small equipment for strength training and work on simple “flow” sequences set to music. The last part of class will be a transition to floor barre work and relaxing stretches.  

This class with certified Pilates Instructors Leslie MacDonald & Heather Farquhar is designed to fully prepare beginning and come-back dancers for the 6pm Adult Ballet class that follows this class every Wednesday.
