An intermediate-level class with Instructors, Leslie MacDonald & Heather Farquhar is for those with some ballet or dance experience. Participants are welcome to come early for the final “floor barre/stretch” portion of the 5pm Wednesday "Ballet Body Pilates" class to warm up.
We will develop intermediate level barre, centre and adage sequences incorporating the principals of Pilates. The final 15-20 minutes will focus on building short dances based on the classical repertoire, including pirouettes, waltzes, grand allegro, etc. Non-impact versions of all repertoire will be offered.
