Have you neglected your yoga during the Summer and are you craving to go back to a regular routine? Are you new to yoga and would like to give it a try? If yes, this 4-week series if perfect for you! Vesna Sanders is an experienced yoga teacher who will lead you through this easy but effective program, designed to get you going and to get your motivation for movement and mindfulness up again.

This will be a basic Hatha yoga class with a gentle, feel-good flow. Nothing strenuous, nothing impossible, noting competitive - a class just for You, blended with breathing, a short centering mediation and relaxation at the end. An all-in-one package that you can not miss! 

WEDNESDAYS  7:30pm - 8:30pm ( 9/6 - 9/27 )
