For years I was suffering from lower back pain, chronic fatigue, and mental fog. The idea that my body can be a source of joy and self healing sounded impossible - until I discovered the Nia Technique. With renewed body awareness, enhanced energy, mental focus and creativity, I started my path to self healing. I believe that by tapping into our own body sensations, expressing our uniqueness, and letting go of self judgment, we can create a magical, fun experience in the studio and in life.
