Relax into the blissful practice of restorative yoga ~ where your body is fully supported with props allowing your muscles to release tension, your mind to release stress and your spirit to open to whatever life brings. Linking restorative yoga postures with the breath, relaxation exercises and yoga assists to bring awareness to the mind, body and spirit. 

Restorative Yoga is a therapeutic style of Iyengar Yoga which utilizes props to make it easier for the body to get into certain poses, and thus, surrender to the pose. This 90 minute class has tremendous health benefits and will leave you feeling renewed, relaxed and restored. To make it extra pampering – hand massages, lavender essential oil diffused in the air and warm organic tea will be offered to all during class. Class will end with a progressive-muscle relaxation exercise and an extended Shavasana. A treat for the mind, body & soul. You deserve it.
