An interactive workshop designed for families to learn more about kids yoga & its benefits! This includes breathing techniques, individual & partner poses, identifying & managing emotions, creative brain breaks, massage, and various forms of meditation. We will work on how to use these methods to help with daily routines, such as getting out of bed, following directions, car rides, getting through hard transitions, avoiding tantrums, and bedtime.
Families will leave with a toolkit of materials to use at home!
