A Restorative Yoga Practice for the Heart
Restorative yoga supports the body in positions of comfort to promote relaxation and facilitate wellbeing. We often mistake opening in yoga for the intense sensation of stretching. Yet, the deepest opening comes from our willingness to be fully present with ourselves. Join Adam William Ayers for an afternoon of lightheartedness and deep rest. We will practice a series of supported poses unwinding tension in the neck and shoulders. Participants will learn simple and reproducible postures to mitigate the effects of our sedentary culture. All levels are welcome to attend, yogis and non yogis alike!
